2.3 Payments & Fees
- Sellers earn revenue based on sales, minus Beat Pam’ platform fees.
- Payouts are processed monthly via the selected payment method.
2.4 Copyright & DMCA Compliance
- You must own the rights to the beats you upload.
- If a copyright claim is made against your beat, Beat Pam reserves the right to suspend or remove your content.
2.5 Account Termination
Alpha Beats reserves the right to suspend or ban any seller who:
- Uploads copyrighted material without authorization.
- Engages in fraudulent activities or manipulates sales.
- Violates platform rules repeatedly.
3.1 Information We Collect
- We collect personal data such as name, email, and payment details when you register or make a purchase.
- Cookies and tracking technologies are used to improve your experience.

5.2 Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was wrongfully removed, you may file a counter-notice. Beat Pam will review both claims and take appropriate action.
